Back from diving in koh koh koh samui~

i think i’m getting decompression sickness.

have been feeling light-headed after the flight, and the soreness is getting worse. Almost fell while brushing my teeth this morning. or maybe its psychological.

I’m so gg to help myself to the oxygen at the hospital tomorrow. That’s prolly one of the good things about working in the hospital.

The dive trip was super duper good. It was the neighbours trip, with me, yiwen and josh. So wen and me took our advanced. Was really really fun. Got to do alot of different things this time round, pretty proud of myself really. hiakhiak.

1. First night dive!

Something that I actually had a bit of fear for, becos I cant see particularly well at night. The thought of diving in the dark with a lousy torch is really quite .. eee. was pretty cautious about it becos you really can’t see whether you’re drifting and you might suddenly just crash into a reef. more imptly, the urchins are really scattered all over. Didn’t want to brush against any.

The second night dive was better, kind of got used to the darkness and its really fun to just sneak a peek into the crevices, under the crack, just to spot smth. Saw a pufferfish!! its super duper cute, square faced, big eyed. hahah..

2. Did navigation. Got totally lost on the T azimuth. hahah.. but got it in the end. Never did so manydives in one day. 4 each day, 12 in total. finally hit 20 dives!! yeay..

3. Ditched 1 more weight this time. Now i’m gg down in normal shorties with 2.0kg. woohoo.

4. Deployed surface marker. Wasn’t too smooth with the line floating everywhere, but it got up well. =D

5. Saw jellyfish, and jellyfish eggs. Huge reef sharks, titan triggerfish.. blahdeedah. awesome. Swam through the chimney at Seal Rock. Took a couple of photos, cant wait to get them.

6. First live-on-board. It was a Japanese operator. We had our own cabins. nice toilets, hot water, good thai food, and the whole cruiser had only had 3 of us, 3 other japanese divers, the thai crew and our 3 super cute female diver masters and instructor. Girls rule.

I enjoyed it totally. It was just nice to be out at sea, away from everything. Living like a queen~ woohoo so pampered. we didnt have to rig up, didnt have to dismantle, and everyone is so helpful. i never ever want to go on day trips again. hahaha

Diving is prolly one of the coolest thing that I got to know, and i’ve never regretted doing it. =]

———————————————————————————————————-

Did one wakeboarding lesson for the first time with ongchiew and susan. it was gd, managed to stand up, but once i tilt my hips, it gets wobbly and i will fall flat on the nose. it rained abit, and the sun was only out for a while, but got burnt.

us with amanda, the ex-TCS actress, our instructor that day.

________________________________________________________________

Its the last few days in Sydney and it’s been really gd so far. minus having to do cleaning and packing.

Found some new friends on the last week here, ironically. But they are really nice and fun peeps.

Its been an eventful year in Sydney, plenty of ups and downs. Friends, both here and at home made up the ups, and the lack of luck, events and people, made up the downs. That aside, I’m still going to miss sydney. =]

Things I love about Sydney

1. The dusty old house.

2. Double-decked trains of the snailway.

3. Tasty jacks.

4. Arnotts.

5. Long walks to school.

6. Walks along Circular Quay at night.

7. the temperature and seasons.

8. Beaches.

It’s all good. Sillypore’s still home afterall. =]

now that I’m back, my finances (or watever is left of it) aren’t looking too well. need to find money.

NEEDS a Sugar DadDy.
