so far so good.

Its been 3 weeks since i’m back in Sillypore, kindly reminded by bao.
Life’s been really smooth so far, not counting the days when everything goes wrong and there’s really nothing much you can do apart from letting it be.

Its been good so far, really.

My time back here is pretty much split between prata outings, meeting up with friends, laser shooting, late night suppers, ktv, movies and more eating. I’m just stuck in this cycle of horizontal development. *ack, im a rollypolly. sob*

chicken rice, prata, beer, fries, wedges, bahchormee, more prata, banana crumble, ice cream, even more prata…

ah well. laser was fun, got to know more new pple.. its great to see how the whole thing is growing.. we had a staff game the other day at a campsite too.. and had a grand total of 28 pple playing at the same time. just tat these pple are more hardcore. u know how guys are when they get serious with fun. some came complete in boots and camo.. madness.

we had a few day games just before the sun set. then came the exciting night game. the whole place was in total darkness, save for the street lamps that were out a distance away on the road. the night game involved infiltration of a building, which we had to secure holding within 7min. afterwhich was an elimation round.

while i was in the building, in one of the rooms. I made my way carefully through the corridor, treading carefully, afraid to make any sound in case any one was in the next room. I had the display of my scorpion pressed against my belly, in case the light from the screen reflected off me revealed my position. suddenly a black figure appeared like 1m away from me on my 10 o’clock, scaring the hell out of me. it didnt help tat the room was pitch black with a bit of light shining in thru the vents on top. i froze, thinking “shyt dun let this be a paranormal encounter..” until the figure called out my name in a low voice, then i realised it was one of my teammates. wah, the air never felt any fresher. heh.

night games were pretty fun, with the darkness making it awhole lot more exciting. u have to look out for flashing displays or even movement to spot anyone. even if you do spot someone, u’ll have to identify whether he’s enemy or foe with codes. even though we resorted to stealing codes and it backfired on us. we amateur ok.

we ended the day with FFA, 6 teams in total. the last man standing was the hardcore guy who had camo and everything you can think of. and as usual, we headed to dempsey hut for the regular alcohol boost and unhealthy range of fried finger food. and headed onto prata house still to fill the stomach. whoever said laser was a healthy activity is a liar.

oh well, update like tat enough already hor. will write more next time la ok.. stop complaining pple.

to take my role, like a sunflower in the night.
